Cook the onions until brown and soft. Add the ginger-garlic paste and the meat and sauté till it is sealed on all sides. Add all the powdered spices and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, heat through and then add the yoghurt, lemon juice, tomato puree and chilies. Cook till mutton is done and then add the coriander leaves and serve. Mongolian Beef: Ingredients Undercut beef ½ kg (strips) Corn flour 1/4 cup Oil 1/4 cup Ginger, minced 2 tsp Garlic, minced 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1/3 cup Water 1/3 cup Dark brown sugar 1/2 cup Spring onions 4 Method: Toss the undercut strips with the corn flour. Heat oil. Add the strips, shaking off any excess corn flour to the pan in a single layer and cook on each side for 1 minute. Remove from pan and add the ginger and garlic and sauté, add the soy sauce, water and dark brown sugar to the pan and let it come to a boil. Add the steak strips back in and let the sauce thicken. Add the green onions, stir to combine and serve.'
